Poofi cooling pads are disposable pads with a cold activator. The product will work well as a pain reliever, bringing immediate relief in intimate places, e.g. after childbirth or gynecological procedures, as well as in cases of inflammation or hemorrhoidal diseases. The sanitary pad is absorbent and its surface is very delicate and soft, making it comfortable to use. The product is ready to use and does not require prior cooling.
The cooling effect will appear immediately after you physically activate it (read below how to do it). You can take cooling pads with you to the hospital and use them whenever you feel the need.

How to use:
Squeeze the pad where you feel the lump. There is a bag of water there. Don't be afraid to squeeze it hard - your task is to pierce it so that the liquid gets inside the pad.
When this happens, shake the pad a few times to even out the surface.
You will feel the effect of cold immediately, the highest degree of cooling will appear after about 2 minutes.
Place a cold pad in your underwear. For hygiene reasons, do not use for longer than 20 minutes.
The pad will remain cold for about 60 minutes.
After use, throw the sanitary pad into the "Other" waste along with other hygiene products or your child's disposable diapers.
Poofi cooling ice pad is safe. Unlike frozen gel inserts, its use does not carry the risk of frostbite.
You can additionally soak the surface of the pad with foams or other preparations that accelerate healing, relieve pain or moisturize.
For this purpose, we recommend After Birth Spray for the care of intimate areas with a soothing and regenerating formula.
