How to use: Unpack the maternity pad and remove the adhesive backing. Attach to panties. Change every 4 hours or as needed. Bleeding after birth can last for about 6 weeks, so it is recommended to use special maternity pads with wings during this entire period. Change as needed or every 4 hours.
